Faculty Club has invested in culinary quality and modern meeting facilities. The collaboration with Restaurant Arenberg and the renovation of our conference rooms and restaurant have made Faculty Club the venue of choice for professional networking events as well as for celebrations with family and friends.
All this is complemented with customer-oriented service, for which our team was presented the Golden Award of the Flemish Centre for Quality Assurance. Furthermore, the entry in the Michelin Guide, with two forks and knives, marks the crowning achievement of our efforts the past few years.
One of the action points in the strategic plan for 2007-2010 is the development of a Conference Desk.

The Seminar Coach not only welcomes and assists everyone attending your conference or seminar on the day of the event, but also helps with the advance planning and organisation. You can turn to the Seminar Coach with all your questions regarding the concrete realisation of your conference, seminar or event at Faculty Club. However, this service goes even one step further: do you need help finding suitable hotel accommodation? Are you looking for a cultural or active outdoor event to complement your academic programme? Where can you find a reliable shuttle service? Would you like some extra assistance developing the conference programme? We are glad to help you and are even prepared to expand our offering to fit your requirements.
