Quality Improvement

Faculty Club continually strives to enhance its offering and services. This is achieved on the basis of a permanent guest satisfaction survey and through the implementation of the related improvement strategies.

After the bronze award in 2005 and the silver award in 2006, the golden award was presented to us on 30 November 2007 on the basis of a thorough survey among our customers and the plans for improvement we put into action.

In 2009 as well, quality will remain a priority for us! Faculty Club will take the next step and participate in the pilot project Well done! (Goed Gedaan!), which strives to limit human errors within an organisation.

The feedback from our customers is the input that constantly helps us make changes and improvements where necessary. As a member of the Flemish Quality Club, we put the principles of continuous improvement into practice on a daily basis.
