Starters:

  • Smoked eel: 2x beetroot, black radish, tuna, sushi rice
  • Cod brandade: romanesco, shrimp, cauliflower
  • Marinated mackerel: radish, carrot, green asparagus, beetroot, focaccia, curry oil


Main courses:

  • Grilled veal: polenta, spring onions, mini carrot, green asparagus, sauteed onion gravy
  • 'Duroc' pork cheek: sot-l'y-laisse, penne, parmesan cheese, morels, field mushroom
  • Lemon sole: spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, hazelnut, Comté cheese


Desserts:

  • Panna cotta: fromage blanc, red fruit, buttermilk, lime, oatmeal
  • Belgian strawberries: lychee, lime, balsamic vinegar
  • Banana crème brûlée: chocolate, mascarpone, grilled banana


Faculty Club offers you the following 3 or 4 course menu:

  • Mechelen asparagus: marinated salmon, egg yolk, avocado, apple crumble
  • Watercress cappuccino: croutons, smoked eel*
  • Roundel of lamb: broad beans, zucchini, parmesan cheese croquette, fresh thyme gravy
  • Marinated rhubarb: white chocolate, strawberry, ice cream
