Faculty Club organizes receptions tailored to your specific requirements. Whether it be a professional networking event or the aperitif at a private celebration, we provide the ideal combination of drinks and appetizers.
Would you like to offer your guests an all-inclusive reception that serves as a full meal? Then we recommend one of our canapé delight options, which are perfect to complement your networking event: while your guests have a chat and get to know each other better, we treat them our culinary delights.
The canapé delight options can be selected as an alternative to a traditional lunch, dinner or standing buffet. We offer three options of different duration.
Each option includes an aperitif with Cava, followed by a variety of cold and warm canapés and a few deluxe canapés. These miniature dishes vary according to seasonal availability. For dessert you will be offered a number of mini-desserts or a cheese and dessert buffet. The canapés are served with red and white house wine, orange juice, mineral water and beer. With dessert we offer coffee and tea.

- Parfait of goose foie gras with mango jelly
- Mousseline of cauliflower with smoked eel
Some of our warm canapés:
- Cod tempura with warm tomato and lime vinaigrette
- ‘Croque monsieur' with smoked salmon and mozzarella
Some of our deluxe canapés:
- ‘Neptunus' platter with cucumber and dill dressing
- Risotto with scallops a la plancha
