Our meeting rooms are easily accessible, have a large car park and are all located in the historic setting of the Grand Beguinage. This inspiring oasis of calm in Leuven city centre offers all the serenity necessary for effective meetings.

Meetings and congresses

Faculty Club is the perfect location to organise meetings and congresses. We offer various all-in arrangements, for everything from seminars to multi-day conferences. Special requests? Ask for a tailor-made programme.

All of our meeting rooms are equipped with WiFi. Our lounge or, weather permitting, the Garden Lounge are perfect for active networking.

    Our team has been awarded the Gouden Versnelling by the Flemish quality management centre VCK for our customer-oriented service. And in addition to that we have obtained a mention in the Michelin Guide. The two forks we received in the guide are a recognition of our gastronomic achievements in recent years.

    Our congress service aims to satisfy your every wish. Faculty Club tailors an arrangement to suit each individual client. In order to meet all your requirements and guarantee optimum satisfaction, a special Customer Delight Host is responsible for welcoming and taking care of our clients.

    On the day of the event, your Customer Delight Host will welcome and take care of congress or seminar guests. Our sales team will help with the planning and organisation in advance. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have about the practical details for your congress, seminar or other function at Faculty Club.

  • Tailor-made arrangement

    Do you have special requests? No problem! Besides the standard meeting arrangements, you can also opt for a personalised programme. Our sales team will work with you to develop an à-la-carte arrangement that meets all your requirements. You yourself can choose from our range of lunch formulas and snacks for the breaks.     For a customised arrangement you must include the rent of the meeting room in your package. We provide the same arrangement for the whole group.

    Organising seminars

    Obviously, a seminar stands or falls with the location. At Faculty Club you are at the right address. We are easily accessible, there is ample parking space and the historic setting provides a good dose of inspiration.

    Would you like to offer your guests overnight accommodation too? For the organisation of your residential seminars Faculty Club works closely with several hotels. Our Customer Delight Host will be pleased to advise you on the organisation of your event. Ask for a quote.
