(Re)discover Faculty Club

Faculty Club is a meeting and conference center attached to the University of Leuven and embedded in the Leuven Grand Beguinage, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Faculty Club welcomes academics, companies, associations and individuals and offers several meeting and conference facilities, feasts, banquets and a restaurant.

Faculty Club is ideally located alongside the Leuven ring road, close to the E40 / E314 – a free parking for 250 cars – just 15 minutes from the airport – 20 min. from Brussels.

Open House @LunchTime

We invite you and your partner or colleague to our Open House day where you can (re) discover our offer, in terms of arrangements, infrastructure, price structure and gastronomy. You are welcome between 12:00 and 13:30 on one of the following dates: 31/01, 28/02, 25/04, 30/05, 26/09, 28/11, 19/12

Program

– 12h00: Reception with aperitif and appetizers
– 12h30: Guided tour in Faculty Club
– 13h00: Luxury snacks and sweets with coffee / tea

If you cannot attend the Open House event in the afternoon you can also register for one of our evening sessions on one of the following dates: 28/03, 27/06, 31/10.
