Assistent court master Cum Laude

The Assistant supports the head of service in coordinating and executing all hospitality, catering, and logistics tasks, both during daily activities and special occasions and events.

Tasks
• Under the supervision of the maître d’hôtel, you ensure flawless service and hospitality
• You replace the maître d’hôtel in their absence
• You are responsible for the mise en place of the restaurant, bar and lounge
• You welcome guests, provide advice on menus and drinks, and explain the composition of dishes
• You serve food and beverages correctly, following the rules of etiquette
• You guarantee friendly, high-quality service
• You clear the tables and prepare the room for the next service
• You always maintain order and cleanliness
• You are constantly attentive to the needs of the guests

Profile
• Hygiene guidelines and HACCP standards are familiar territory to you
• You can and are willing to work in a flexible schedule
• You listen to guests and offer them impeccable service
• You are social, customer-friendly in all circumstances, and always attentive to customer needs. Customer Delight is central to your approach
• You speak Dutch, English and French fluently
• Your motivation and drive make you the ideal candidate

Schedule
Split shift from Monday to Wednesday; Thursday and Friday evening shift only
Weekends off, as well as 4 weeks during the summer (July/August), 1 week at Easter, 2 weeks at Christmas/New Year, and 1 week during the autumn holidays
