We are looking for a junior chef who is eager to grow and improve. Not someone who already knows everything, but someone who is curious, hands-on and energized by the pace of a well-run service.

You will help organise the kitchen, assist with mise en place, finish and plate dishes, and gradually discover how a gastronomic kitchen operates. Along the way, you will learn from experienced chefs who enjoy sharing their knowledge and expertise.
